We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund criteria below to see if your order qualifies for a return of payment.
1. Cancellation & Dispatch Status
The eligibility for a refund depends on whether your order has left our facility in New Delhi:

Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched (within the 3–5 day processing window), a full refund is possible. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to process a refund or cancellation, as the package is already in the hands of our courier partners.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We take quality seriously. A refund is possible if your goods arrive damaged, broken, or if the wrong items were sent, provided the following condition is met:

Video Proof Required: As per our shipping terms, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. This video serves as the primary evidence for disputes regarding physical damage or missing items. Without this footage, we cannot authorize a refund.
3. Unserviceable Locations
In the rare event that your Pincode is not serviceable by our delivery partners:

If we are unable to find a reliable shipping route to your specific location after an order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund automatically.
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved (either due to a pre-dispatch cancellation, verified damage, or unserviceable pincode), the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
